I am so happy with the service provided by Mobility on Mainway and by Terri-Lyn. The orthotics I received are very comfortable and make being on my feet all day much more comfortable. The staff are so accommodating. The shoes I initially purchased weren't for me ( I wore them inside my home for a bit) and they were replaced without question. I am very satisfied with the service I received.

Ben was able to custom fit a pair of orthotics for me and was able to provide an RX for insurance purposes. A few weeks after receiving, the fit and feel are exceptional. I returned to purchase a pair of athletic shoes at a very competitive price. No hesitation with recommending Mobility on Mainway.

The service, knowledge and attention to detail was second to none. They quickly understood my needs and fit me up a lot quicker than I thought possible. Friendly staff and convenient location. I also managed to get a great deal on a pair of casual shoes I had been looking for. Highly recommend these folks.

August 12, 2021I came in to see Terri after having severe foot pain for several months following the birth of my third child. I had already seen a podiatrist elsewhere and wasn't happy with my experience. Terri was incredibly professional and thorough in her assessment. She provided me with an explanation of the pain I was experiencing and concrete changes that could be made. My experience was very positive and I won't waste my time going elsewhere anymore.
