August 12, 2021I came in to see Terri after having severe foot pain for several months following the birth of my third child. I had already seen a podiatrist elsewhere and wasn't happy with my experience. Terri was incredibly professional and thorough in her assessment. She provided me with an explanation of the pain I was experiencing and concrete changes that could be made. My experience was very positive and I won't waste my time going elsewhere anymore. Excellent products, service and follow up. All staff are welcoming and professional. Facility is clean and safe. Ben was able to custom fit a pair of orthotics for me and was able to provide an RX for insurance purposes. A few weeks after receiving, the fit and feel are exceptional. I returned to purchase a pair of athletic shoes at a very competitive price. No hesitation with recommending Mobility on Mainway.

August 12, 2021I am so happy with the service provided by Mobility on Mainway and by Terri-Lyn. The orthotics I received are very comfortable and make being on my feet all day much more comfortable. The staff are so accommodating. The shoes I initially purchased weren't for me ( I wore them inside my home for a bit) and they were replaced without question. I am very satisfied with the service I received.
